REGISTRATION ON LINE: Complete all the appropriate fields on the registration form.  Save the form to your computer.  Email your completed form to scr2019registrar@gmail.com. This form can be printed and completed manually and either a scanned or photo copy of the form emailed.  This form cannot be filled in and saved on most iPads. A response email will be sent to your email address.

REGISTRATION BY MAIL: You may mail your registration form to the registrar.   

EARLY REGISTRATION:  All registrations postmarked on or before July 15, 2018 will be considered First Day registration.

REGISTRATION OPENS ON JUNE 13, 2018.  Early registration ends July 15, 2018.  Registration received after July 15, 2018 will be on a first come, first served basis.  Registration may be completed in person at the SCR 2018 seminar, online via www.scr2019seminar.org or by mail to the registrar with a completed registration form accompanied with the registration fee.  Registration will be accepted until May 15, 2019 on a space available basis.

CLASS SCHEDULE:  Classes will be held Thursday through Saturday, June 20-22, 2019.

All two-day classes will be held on Thursday and Friday.
All one-day classes will be held on Saturday.

If attending the full seminar, you may take either a three-day class (Thursday – Saturday) or a combination of two-day and one-day classes.  Studio time may be taken for 3, 2 or 1 day. 
Three mini classes will be offered on Wednesday during Region Day activities.

CLASS ASSIGNMENTS: Every effort will be made to give you your choice of classes.  Class assignments will be emailed by October 1, 2018 and will include billing for any remaining registration fees, kit fees, and adjustments.

CLASS CHANGESAll change requests must be submitted to the registrar in writing or by email. 

Any changes to class registration made after March 1, 2019 will incur a $25 administrative fee for EACH request.  No fee will be assessed for adding classes, meal tickets or events. All changes are subject to availability and must be completed by May 1, 2019.

Cancellations postmarked on or before March 1, 2019 will receive a refund less the $60 nonrefundable registration fee. 

Cancellations between March 1 - May 15 will receive a refund less the $60.00 nonrefundable registration fee in addition to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations after May 15th will be reviewed by the seminar committee to determine the amount of refund, if any. 

No refunds will be considered after June 19, 2019. Hotel cancellation policy applies.


If you wish to pay installments, ½ is due November 1, 2018.  The remaining payment is due February 1, 2019. 

Payment in full is due February 1, 2019.

Failure to pay by February 1, 2019 will result in cancellation of class assignment(s).

Checks:  You may pay any and all fees by PayPal or check.  Make checks payable to “SCR Seminar 2019”.

Cash:  Cash will also be accepted for deposits made during the 2018 SCR Seminar in Dallas, TX. 

Credit Card:  If you wish to pay by credit card, you must use PayPal.  If you check the PayPal option on the registration form, you will receive an email invoice and instructions on how to pay.  You must pay this invoice within 10 days of receipt or your registration will be cancelled.
